Big Island 2007 Video

The following text is taken from our 2007 Year End Report:
JULY AND AUGUST 2007 “SUMMER SATURATION”
Together with support staff and board we planned and prepared for ministry in 4 key areas of Saskatchewan’s North. This year we prayed and agreed together for God’s Life to flow in the North instead of suicide. Every aspect of ministry focused on one’s worth and value to their Creaor; their true identity in God’s eyes; and the amazing purpose the Lord has planned for all since before the foundation of the world.

With sister Dolly Bear and excellent volunteers from the Masuskapoe family, the reserve and the CTAIM team, we held Children’s Outreach in the big tent every afternoon. Each evening Jim ministered on the New Creation in Christ. We watched the children transformed before our eyes with the majority of them believing on Jesus. One little boy asked as we said our goodbyes, “But who will come and teach us now?” That question reverberates in our spirit all year long! Throughout the day, Doug Demery and team laid the foundation for the basement and walls of a brand new church facility. People came from all over the reserve to watch what was taking place. This church facility has been the prayer-child of Dolly Bear for many years. We pray it will soon be completed with all the necessary resources and volunteers.
