Jesus Healed Me

It started at 7:00p.m. on the evening of Sept 07, 2004. Actually more accurately it started when I asked God to show me more of Him. I wanted to know Him, see Him, feel Him, touch Him. I felt like I was missing something in my walk, an intimacy that I needed in order to fully walk in the blessins and anointing of God, to the work He has planned for me. As He started moving in me through teachings, books, (along-side the Bible) visions, dreams, seminars, and experiences like I’d never had before, He was also changing me from the inside out. To make a long story short, I ended up at a healing and wholeness conference held by Jim and Shelley Christian, in Prince Albert. The first evening, after he (Jim) was done speaking, Jim said there was a person in the room who’s left knee was being healed, when he said this something in my left knee let go, it was like the release of air from a balloon or like a rubber band letting go. It was the first time in two years that I could lift my leg up to my chest, climb stairs with ease and not be afraid of straining my knee. I praised the Lord for His goodness, mercy and grace, and for healing of the knee. I was so excited about it that I phoned several people the next morning to tell them what an awesome God we serve and what happened to me. Most of them said they would go or try to go at some point the following days. So the nest night I went again. Before anything even got going, Jim said there was someone in the audience with a problem in their right foot, hallelujah, again God was faithful and healed my right foot. The results of a fall last Sept, which left me with several broken toes and pulled muscles, ligaments and a sprained ankle. Again I give God the glory and thank Him for His faithfulness. God is so Good. Amen. He has been working on me from the inside-out as well as bottom up, because while standing in line to be prayed for at another conference over three years earlier my feet were straigtened (something from birth) so I no longer walked on the outer sides of my feet but flat on the heels. Amen. The third night of the conference I received healing to the ankle of the right foot and was so overwhelmed that I found it hard to relay exactly how I was feeling. I do know that God is not done with me yet and look forward to the experiences. I thank Him for who He is and how He moved so mightily in the lives of others on these nights as well. Praise and Glory to the Lamb of God. Jesus is Lord and Master.

Hernia is Gone

Before the Healing Seminar here in Saskatoon I personally was having pain above my bellybutton it was a raised area, pulsating which you could see. I was scheduled to see a surgeon for a possible  umbilicus hernia removal. When I came up for prayer I was laid hands on and I hit the floor.When I was down on the floor I felt extreme heat in that area at that point I felt no pain. In June I was told by Dr. Hanson that he would keep an eye on area .On August 23rd (2004) I was told by  the doctor that there is no hernia. Glory to God because I was healed.Thank-you Jesus, praise Him!

God Healed me of Osteo-Arthritis

During the service on Saturday night, October 20, 2001, when brother Jim told us to receive healing from the Lord, (just as he was preaching) I was healed. I went home and checked my right big toe joint which had been swollen and sore with osteo-arthritis. It was healed, the soreness and was gone and swelling was gone too! So I thought I would make sure it completely healed by wearing high heels to church on Sunday morning. I had a hard time wearing them without being in pain beforehand. But there was no pain in my feet after the Sunday service, I’m healed!

Miracle of reunion and Healing!

Before coming to Yorkton I never really thought about God or Religion. It would be safe to say that I didn’t really believe in God.

My sisters faith and her miracle inspired me to come and see it for myself. Since that night we spent with I can truly say I believe in God. I actually felt His Holy Spirit upon me. I have not seen either of my sisters … in 14 years. I have also been treated for High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, and Diabetes. My daughters check my blood pressure and glucose 3 times a day in order to keep my illness under control.

Since my own belief came true for me I can honestly say that my daily details for my sugar and blood pressure readings have been normal. Also the reunion with my beloved sisters has also been a miracle. The both of them prayed for our union and it was granted to us because of a higher power.

I have always believed in God and his miracles. The moment the opportunity came for a chance … to be healed with the power of God, I took it. I suffered with Lupus, osteoporosis, and severe rheumatoid arthritis. I also have emphazema and asthma.

Since I felt the Holy Spirit wash all over me and I felt incredible. I can now put either of my arms straight up above my head. I could not do this before. I haven’t felt any pain since that night. And I am more eager for the Word of God.

Power of the Holy Spirit made me look at my life differently.

I am writing this because I want others to benefit the way I have, since I have been turning to the Word of God for help with a variety of things that haunt me or make me ill.

The power of the Holy Spirit that I felt go through me has made me look at my life and faith differently. I still have a lot to learn about faith and God and am always eager for more. Sculpting my faith has helped me deal with several different challenges and has made my relationship with God stronger.

I pray all others out there to test their faith and they will see how all aspects of faith are beneficiary.

Jesus my Healer!

Dorothy came to the meetings in Cadotte Lake,Alberta in March 2001. After hands were laid on her in the Name of Jesus, this is her testimony:

“I went to see the doctor one week ago, and he told me I had a hole in my ear drum and that it would need to be patched up. But that was the last thing on my mind because I know Jesus my Healer would heal me. Now I can hear alot better than I did before. [Now] when I try to sleep I hear every noise in the trailer!”

God really does hear our prayers!!

I thank the Lord above for everything I have and will have – and I thank the Lord above for C.T.A. Ministry for it was through this ministry that I had the divine revelation of a real, living God!

I went to one of their crusades as a favour to my mother and well–what can I say?? The Lord has touched me!!! It was through a prophet of God Almighty that the Lord used to reveal to me that he did hear that one special prayer I had prayed for two years sincerely to God. I said to God “God if you really are up there then please hear this one prayer.” I won’t say what the prayer was–but I’ll tell you this, only I and God ever knew it and at that crusade when this man of God said my exact prayer that I prayed to God I could have fallen to my face!!

God does hear your prayers even when you are steeped in sin. He is so loving & wonderful – my whole family is saved now & I have been totally redeemed and washed of my sins – I now know that I KNOW!!

I’m Delivered from Smoking, Bingo and Family Neglect!!

I thank God for delivering me from bondages. I went to tell how he delivered me and set me free from cigarettes. I was a heavy smoker, a pack and a half a day. It was getting to the point of it affecting my health. I had a hard time breathing at nights. I tried quitting on my own but it wouldn’t last long. But the Deliverer came and made a way.

Brothers Jim Christian and Kim Wheeler came to preach the Gospel Rally in Shoal Lake. But my interest was in another thing. I went to town to play bingo because I went there a lot to waste my money. But this day I had to phone home before going to the bingo hall. My wife told me right away that my sons were just disappointed in me because I broke another promise. I had promised to take them out. I got upset and angry. I drove back intending I’d just go pack and leave my family, run away from it all. But I guess I was trying to run away from the Lord.

When I got there I saw the people were already at the gym for an afternoon service. I was just going to go and pack my clothes but I went to the gym first.

Brother Kim was preaching. I felt such conviction power hearing what he was teaching. I went up without being asked. I took my cigarettes out of my pocket and told him I want to get rid of these. He prayed and I agreed. He told me to step on them and kick them away. I did using so much force with all my 312 lbs. could use. Jesus came to set me free from cigarettes, bingo, and neglecting my family.

That evening I got baptized in the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues for the first time. I praise God. I like calling myself, “Joe, Prisoner of the Lord.”

God gave me a house!!!

In March of 1997, you prophesied that I needed a house. In November it came to pass. I now own the house I was living in – FREE AND CLEAR OF DEBT!!!!!

A year and a half of total healing

Jim and Shelly,

Praise God for you and your ministry. I just wanted to say Hi and let you know that I have received total healing in my foot. I don’t know if you remember when you were in Atikokan, Shelly got a word from the Lord about a foot needing healing. I let Shelly pray for me because I had been suffering from a spur on my heal, and if I was on my feet for long I was in pain. I was healed, the enemy tried to bring it back a few times but I said no I’m healed. I had to claim that for about three months and now it’s been a year and a half of total healing. Praise God!

God is Alive and Real in Thunder Bay!!

In November of “93″ God had sent four Men of His Word to Thunder Bay to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their services helped a lot of lost souls come to Jesus Christ, including mine.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit working through them they got God’s message across, not only to the people that already knew Jesus, but most importantly, to ones who don’t!

Their ministry was a success in Thunder Bay, by them being obedient to God’s Holy Spirit, God’s Will, and God’s Word, they did make a difference in a lot of people’s lives today.

Since the time they were here, till now, God is still active in my life and I just thank the Lord for manifesting Himself in the CTA Ministry for these men to go out and preach the Word of Jesus Christ Our Lord and Saviour.

Luke-warm Person now Hot and On-Fire for the Lord!!

God has used CTA Ministries to personally speak directly to my heart. I knew there was more to Christianity than the traditional churches were offering. I was a luke-warm Christian ready to be spewed out of God’s mouth and miss the rapture! Fortunately, God has a better plan for my life.

CTA Ministries came to town in November ’93 and I was able to witness and experience the true anointing and true Word of God. I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit like a thick cloud in the room and the praise songs melted my heart. I gave my life over to Christ completely and willingly.

CTA ministry crusades have been the single most powerful example of God’s word in action that I have ever experienced.

Cyst is Gone

May 6th 2010 I had abdominal ultrasound. At that time I had a 1 cm cyst on the right lobe of the liver. I asked for prayer regarding health issues on Mother’s Day of last year. I have been standing on God word since then that I am healed. I went for another abdominal ultrasound March 17th, 2011. The results from that ultrasound I got on the 28th of March. The doctor was so excited when he came into the office he stated to me it’s gone, it’s just gone he showed me the report and he said either it’s so small that they can’t find it or it’s just gone. He shook my hand I said that is good news. (It was like he didn’t know what too with himself when he told me the news.)
